Recently returned from a two week holiday at this hotel and cannot fault anything, excellent room, excellent food and service. The spa is of a very high standard. Would defiantly book to stay here again in the future.

Really comfortable 5-star hotel. Really spacious and well-equipped rooms. We enjoyed a menu at the restaurant with 9 starters and 9 main dishes: perfect presentation and delicious dishes. The attention is immaculate at the reception, the restaurant and the spa. The hallmark of the hotel is the spa and the included services in some packages, which are a perfect option for a present to your couple. As for the negative aspects, I would say the bathroom amenities could be better, but all in all it is a really good hotel.

The Gran Palas Hotel is a good hotel with spacious and well-equipped rooms. Personalised attention from the front desk staff and the restaurant, café bar and spa staff. The buffet has an exceptional quality, both on breakfasts and dinners. The spa is large and with good facilities, although the day we stayed in the hotel (last 15th of February) there were plenty of people so we couldn’t enjoy as much as we wanted. Totally recommendable.

El hotel esta genial!!!Estuvimos en una habitación loft garden con nuestra hija.La habitación esta muy bien..Los camareros del comedor amabilisimos y lo mismo los de la cafetería.

Algunos de los empleados no entienden el catalan. Y alguno tambien le cuesta el castellano.
A las suits mediterraneas les instalaria un toldo en las terrazas, y tambien diria que debe pasar el de mantenimiento a ver detalles que hay rotos o no funcionan bien.
Por lo demas, como siempre ha sido, el mejor hotel.
